Shipping/Store Policies
Accepted Methods of Payment. Currently, we
accept Paypal, Visa, and Mastercard.
Shipping Time. The time needed to
ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the
particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery
time. Most orders are shipped within 24-72 hours.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using UPS Ground Service or FedEx. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
*International shipments: All items shipped internationally will have a shipping surcharge attached. The surcharge will appear at checkout.
*Shipments to Alaska will incur a shipping surcharge. The surcharge will appear at checkout.
Returns/Damaged Shipments. All return claims must be initiated within 5 business days of receipt of the order. Returns for any reason other than damaged or defective will have a 20% restocking fee and return shipping fees will not be refunded. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with us directly. Take a picture of the damage AND the box it was shipped in, and email it to us along with a description of the damage. Representatives from boutiquecookware.com will then contact you about the next step.
Manufacturer's Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, email us pictures of the damaged item and the box it was shipped in at support@boutiquecookware.com for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions.
If you were sent the wrong item, please contact us. We will have a representative contact you about the next step to take.
